Hello everyone, I just wanted to add that I spoke with Chuck on a lengthy conversation regarding business, jerseys and these particular jerseys. So here is the deal. Chuck obviously knows what he has. Saying that, he is unsure the process he wants to take regarding the sale of the jerseys. I know he has been contacted by several memorabilia auctions, GUU, and collectors regarding the jerseys. I was surprised as well to see them go on ebay, although it is not a bad deal to do. He has a reserve and if it hits then he is happy. If it doesn't hit then he will proceed to sale them otherwise.

Now regarding the Reggie Bush tag and to anyone who may come on the site to say that it is questioned or not good. GUU-We, do not have enough purdent information regarding the Bush. No one has seen the swatch tag in the neck or don't even know what size it is. I understand and have look at the photo on Getty to where a jock tag has been removed. That doesn't mean it is no good it just contridicts the dated game autograph.

So, here is the deal. Chuck mentioned he will be posting the jerseys on GUU. Whether they are for sale or not who knows. What I would do is contact him via ebay and any and all discussions you have regarding authenticity or the process of saling any of the merchandise individually I am sure he will answer and if so be it can be posted on GUU if you so desire. The questions that need to be asked before this thread goes the wrong way are 1) We would like to see pictures of the swatch tag in the neck and jock tag in the tail. 2) From those pics you will get the size and this is very important to know if remotely it is a jersey that he would have worn or not. 3) What use is displayed puckering, hit marks, repairs, burn marks, pealing etc. 4) Any and all information he can supply regarding the autograph and dating of the jersey.

The other question I would have regarding the Bush is has been well known that with his high profile status he knew what his memoraibilia was worth and between his marketing and agent that it would be very difficult to find a Bush from the 2006 season, one that can be closely matched outside anything associated with Bush's name and/or camp.

Just some thoughts.

What does this mean?

I posted a photo of the tail area which has had the tag removed earlier in this thread. Are you referring to a different tag? We definitely need close ups of the rest of the jersey.

Did Chuck amend his ebay auction to say the Bush tag does not match the getty photos from the Saints game versus the Giants? That's important information to share when talking about that much money changing hands.

Also, any reason he hasn't come back on the forum to answer the questions?

Any reason he didn't answer the forum member's questions about the Bush, which caused me to post about it on GUU?

If you talk to him again, tell him we'd welcome him back to present his own facts so people could get their questions answered.

Eric I just posted a lengthy reply and erased it accidently. Man, I can't type the whole thing again, stupid me. Anyway, to answer your first question I did make it confusing. What I meant by he knows what he has is the fact that 2006 Saint jerseys are very tough to find with good use. He is wanting more money than I would be willing to pay for the entire lot. I agree with the jock tag missing does raise some questions. If Chuck does want to sell these individually, yes, he is going to have to answer any and all questions that are asked here.

I am just saying I am up in the air as with all the forum members as to how or what venue he wants to use to sell the jerseys. More over, if he even wants to sell them?? I have not talked to Chuck after he posted the jerseys on ebay so I am sure if they do not meet reserve that we will hear from him his intentions.

I received a picture from Chuck for the neck tag on the Bush game jersey....it's "06-42-L". Attached is the picture. He also informed me he was looking for $10,000.00 alone for the Bush and there was no COA from the Saints staing it was worn, only that the autograph is authentic. I hope this information helps someone....

yes it should help because the swatch tag in the neck is correct. The size is correct. Now possibility that Chuck and Reggie spoke about the jersey and maybe Chuck was misinformed regarding the game he wore the jersey in or Reggie thought it was his vs. Giants jersey, I don't know. I would like to see pics of the Giants game with the tail all the way out and maybe the Reebok jock tag is there? Thank you for the pic of the swatch tag in neck.
