June 2015 Pick Up Thread

Went down to Houston this past week and picked up two pairs of Astrodome seats. Both pairs are orange. This is the one pair I have all cleaned up so far. In the seat are a game used base from Lance McCullers MLB debut and a game used based from the Astrodome 50th birthday game. Love how the setup turned out.

Got my Haynesworth gamers and his 08 helmet signed, and the jersey of Titans receiver Deon Long from the celebrity basketball game put on by former Vols basketball player Bobby Maze.

My second trip of the season to the Cell (shaky health and bad weather have limited my attendance of games in 2015) found me with my first baseball of 2015 (long toss ball that got away from the Rangers.) It was also my frist Manfred label baseball.

Got a new addition to my "Hawaii Born" player collection. It's a Troy Hanzawa minor league bat. I also picked up a new Kolten Wong bat, but I promised it to my nephew. I told him I'll give him a bat only if I get a duplicate. I also told him that he is not to sell or give the bat away. We'll see how well that goes.
