Re: September 2017 Pickups
Like the '91 Griffey Jr. bat recently, continue to get back bats I've owned in the past...now, a couple of nice Jorge Posada bats.
Here is a 2011 that I got back then from Steiner:

Re: September 2017 Pickups
Got this a while ago. Just posting now.
Keeping the Posada train going.
2004 Game used bat. This bat is hammered. Signed and inscribed.
If any signed Posada bats out there. Very few if any are inscribed game used and year by him.
Thanks,
Pablo

Re: September 2017 Pickups
This is really neat.
I'm very much aware of Starters jersey manufacturing (other sports) as well as the jackets, but was this just about the beginning of Starter stuff in the MLB?
I'd be interested to know what year they got a license for apparel.
Also, kinda neat that after being a wal mart brand for so many years theyve once again got a license ( or were bought by someone who already had one ) and we are now seeing the reproductions a la Mitchell Ness.
I wonder how the Vintage gear guys feel about this... if they are excited they get new stuff, or if itll water down the original.
Anywho, congrats on your pickup!

Re: September 2017 Pickups
Got a White Sox BP cap worn by bullpen catcher/catching instructor Mark Salas in the mail today after a memorabilia swap I began Wednesday. Great item to have, and is a style I didn't have until today. The current style has the cartoony batter logo that was used in the Bill Veeck era of the team in 1976-80.
