1984 was arguably the greatest season in San Diego Padres history. Sixteen years after joining the National League in 1969, the Padres captured their first National League Championship on the strength of Tony Gwynn's first of eight Batting Championships, and surged into the World Series on Steve Garvey's "Greatest Padre Home Run Ever" against the Chicago Cubs in the NL Playoffs. Here are some Game Used jerseys, BP jerseys, and jacket from the 1984 Padres season. These are a one year style that was the team's best uniform ever (especially the road brown) , and is always trotted out for TBTC games, etc. GUU members have first crack through Sunday 9/25 before a later posting on Ebay.
