Keep in mind, I'm only refering to the navy/home version.
The white/away version........there are so few of them out there, the sky is the limit, pricewise. If I had one for sale I would start the bidding at $500.

Correct. That would be January of 1988.
Manufacture date and silk tag aside, that's a nice nameplate with medium spacing and the correct thickness for the outline.
If I were putting that one up for sale I'd like to see it fetch around $300.

That's a really nice piece, despite having been issued after retirement. If you could land that for $300, I'd say go for it.

Yep, and not for the first time, although it doesn't happen that often. I watched a c.90ish like that one go for like $160 earlier this year, so there are deals to be had, they just don't turn up that often. Now a *white* '86 Payton in 44-46-48 to match my Samurai Mike... now that would be sick
