Jeter replica store model bat for 10K

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/23313989442...m=233139894421.

I contacted the seller & was told they can only post stock photos. This looks to be a store model bat with the underlined 125.

Asked for photos & was told the authentication number will be provided upon purchase to prevent fraud.

Am i missing something here? For 10K you would think they would post actual pics of the bat listed.

That's a funny response from them because I recently expressed an interest in a couple of bats on their website and the sales person I spoke to was more then happy to send me copies of the MLB authentications in case I wanted to verify the items before purchase. They also offered to supply me additional photos upon request.
    I wonder what changed.

I just thought it seemed a little off.
For a big company you would think they would send good pics for that price item.

The Mears letter has a cert number not sure that can be looked up.

I think it's not a little off......Its way off, especially if you're gonna spend that kind of money as you noted.
Based on some personal experiences I'm not a fan of theirs or any of their sister companies.

If you are looking for another Jeter to add to your collection, I've got one to sell. Used for one of his rarest of hits, a triple.

The MEARS cert says the enter labeling is "Air Dry" so it's probably not the correct COA! Even worse!

Perhaps they took this COA and are trying to pair it with this auction bat?

The price has been dropped heavily. Now you can own this bat for the bargain price of only $7,499.99!
