2002 Pujols / Kile Game Used LVS Bat

A Daryl Kile Gamer used by future hall-of-famer and Cardinal great, Albert Pujols! Albert was known to use teammate's bats throughout the early years of his career and this particular bat would have been one of the last shipments ordered by Kile due to his tragic death during the 2002 season. Kile took a young Pujols under his wing and there was a great mutual respect shared by the two as they both took the game seriously and were dedicated in mastering their respective crafts.

Kile's Cardinal bats are a pretty tough find as is but considering this bat was used by Albert as well, makes it very unique. The bat has DEEP lace indentations (see photos) and "Pujols" written as albert placed on some of his bats early in his career. This writing matches perfectly to other exemplars. The 7 was also marked out leaving the "5" on the knob visible. The bat shows outstanding use and has a handle crack which ultimately retired the bat from use.

Asking $575 for this rare bat.
