can anyone tell me anything about wire photos? I picked up this cool 1970 expos vs braves photo and was wondering if these are rare or not....

far from rare but collectible (especially when a HOF player is pictured)...I'd estimate the value at around $20-$25..
by the way, it looks like Bobby Wine is pictured and I just saw in Hunt Auction's new montly auction catalog, Wine consigned a portion of his personl collection to them and one of the items in the auction was his 1969 Expos hat.
