ABC Orioles Batting Helmet Help needed

I found this ABC Batting helmet at the flea market this weekend. Great price, so I thought I'd take a chance. Thought it might be a gamer, but the Oriole Bird logo has no O and the player number is white. I'm thinking maybe little league or perhaps a missprint decal. Any help would be great. Thank you

Looks like a Turn Back The Clock used helmet; most likely worn by Joe Orsulak in their first TBTC contest in 1991. Nice pick up!

The decal is one of mine that I sell. Orioles helmets pre-1980 had the logos hand painted. While the helmet looks vintage, the decal is modern.
