1992 through 1996 World Series Baseball question!!
I have noticed that the 1992 through 1996 World Series baseball do NOT have the Commissioner's Signature stamped on them.
Does anyone know why?

Thank you sir. Very interesting info. I did a google search, but did not see that.
I have been getting into team signed balls again. I thought the 1995 WS ball looked off with no Commissioner signature. Now I know why!
