    All catalogs shipped from the Midwest on Friday, except Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and international, which shipped via 1st class mail or UPS from NJ on Friday (to ensure better delivery schedules)
    Please post when you receive, ESPECIALLY our friends in Hawaii !
