If anyone hasn't bid since 2013 and has never won anything, you are off the catalog list
All you need to do is email info and request a catalog if you are registerd
No charge
If you are NOT registered, all you need to do it register and you get it for a year, no charge

I think I've qualified since the beginning, but I can't seem to stay on the mailing list.
