Longoria Bat Markings - Cross

Does anyone here own a Longoria bat with a cross drawn on the barrel end? I just acquired Longo bat number 10 in the collection and it has a cross drawn in green on the barrel end. I've never seen this before and was wondering if anyone else has? I've seen eyes written on several of his bats but this is new to me.

Does anyone have a bat with similar markings or knowledge of a possible meaning outside of the obvious? Cheers
