Having kept a list of my several tens of thousands of Baseball cards (alphabetical by player) as a Word document for many years, it has slowly dawned on me how really unhelpful it is. For example, if I wanted to figure out how many '80 Topps cards I have and which ones, I'd have to physically go down the entire list to see - which is really stupid, I know, considering that if all the data were entered into the right kind of program, I could retrieve the same information with a couple of mouse clicks.

Do any of you guys have the kind of program I'm talking about, and can you recommend it? I've even heard about programs that come pre-loaded with just about every card ever made, complete with images, and you can just go through and click on the ones you own to create your inventory. Something like that would be ideal.
