2 Rare All Star Items

I picked up several Moose OYO figures last year even though they were all supposed to be destroyed. Very rare item.

Forward to this year and I happened to be at the K and came across the Francoeur...The only one they had. I had heard about it but never saw one.

These figures were only supposed to be made for All Star Game players. Has anyone else came across any of these? Royals players or otherwise...
