Believe I saw one in the Bricol auction that I think is like what you want. It's listed under the featured items section (green and I believe the silver wings are painted on). That auction might have ended already though - can't remember.

If you can't find a game helmet try the next best thing. This guy makes dead on replicas of the old style Riddell suspension helmets. I have a one bar Vikings modeled after Gene washington's helmet. Check it out. There is a 1960 game worn Bobby Watson on this link but I don't think he sells his game worns. Couldn't hurt to ask though.
