Wells, Vernon (borrowed from Segui, David) - 1999 Blue Jays, Rawlings, 619B, "31 1/2 Segui" in factory ink pen on knob, manufactured in '99, #3 written on knob, heavy pine tar on lower handle, heavy pine tar near center brand, filthy, tons of ball marks and ink transfers all over barrel. Segui was traded from Seattle to Toronto in late July 1999, he wore 21 with Seattle and 19 with Toronto. Segui then started 2000 with the Rangers. Vernon Wells was called up on 8/30/99 and got 88 at bats in that first rookie action. Vernon wore #3 during that stint. He switched to #10 in 2000. Norberto Martin wore #3 for a time with the Blue Jays in 1999, but his last game was 5/4/1999 - long before this bat was manufactured. There was no #3 for Toronto in 2000. Asking $100
