I sent him a message stating that the bat labeling appears to be from a newer bat. He responded

the labels today say louisville slugger in the middle, the earlier models says Hillerich and bradsby in the middle.

I responded about the trademark R after Louisville Slugger and I haven't heard back from him.

In his earlier auctions it also looks like his 1966 and 1969 bats have the R after Louisville Slugger.
