Re: What would you pay for a historic ball?

love the stories guys! Thanks for the responses

I did go to the game yesterday, and if Uggla had extended his streak, I had planned on keeping my eye on where the ball is if they kept it in play, and if say the next batter fouled it off, I intented on finding the person who caught the ball and offer them for it. BUT, Uggla's streak ended, so no hit streak ball, but I am though trying to acquire the bat that Uggla used to set the record. The Braves visiting clubhouse manager is supposed to check in on it today to see if I can get the bat so hopefully something will come from it. If I can't get the ball, then I'll gladly take the bat!

Matt- I have a Matt Diaz BP homerun ball....does that count? lol

Russell - That's exactly what I was gonna go for to, until yesterday

Here's somebody who might be over-valuing his ball just a tad bit.

He's actually a forum member. I believe he's just listing high to get a better offer for it. I use the same method when I sell. To me, it's always the best way to sell something and be able to get what you want for it.
