AMI 95-96 Jordan game worn sneakers
Any thoughts on if these sneakers are legit?
http://www.americanmemorabilia.com/A...242&t=Open&p=0
I pretty much only buy Jordan stuff from the 90's if they come with CharitaBulls letters, but I notice this auction letter is addressed to good 'ol Steve Berg (aka sdb23 on Ebay) that sells a ton of pro-cut/issued Jordan/other NBA stars jerseys via Ebay and usually sells them as "game used", unless noted.
And also found to be linked to selling bogus stuff in this GUU thread from a couple yrs ago (I'm sure there's others):

Any thoughts from other Jordan sneaker collectors? Thanks!

Re: AMI 95-96 Jordan game worn sneakers
Most of that crowd that hung with Berg (such as Steve Ryan of North Shore Sports) did attend the Bulls charity events. However, given his past actions, as well as the fact that he's still selling misrepresented junk on eBay, I wouldn't touch anything that Berg's name was attached to. Switching authenticated items with forgeries and matching the fakes up with a LOA legitimately written for a genuine item was one of his tricks.

Re: AMI 95-96 Jordan game worn sneakers
MJs personal shoes from 95-96 differ from the retail version in any of the following ways:
-sample ftps tagging
-any size 13.5 (that size was never released to the public)
-0112 serial code on the tag
MJ wore size 13 AND 13.5 that year. Earlier in the year the coding was stamped on the tag, later it was printed as you see from this version.
Hope this helps.
