Help with eBay Picture Service

Ok, five hours now I have not been able to load pictures with eBay Picture Service. Anyone else every have this problem? I have called eBay, gone to eBay Live Chat, removed everything on my computer that they say can interfere with it, I have installed Firefox, I I have rebooted 20 times, opened and closed Firewalls, and still I cannot load pictures onto eBay.

Anyone ever have a similar problem and if so, how did you solve it?

Don't use it. Add pictures using html that you have hosted on another site.

What is the advantage to doing it that way?

I finally figured out my error - I had found a Trojan Horse Virus that I finally removed.

I am just curious, what do you feel the advantage is to using a 3rd party hosting service? Maybe I'll switch.
