6/28/97 Braves Negro League TBC Medal Presented to Josh Johnson

This is kind of a neat cross-over item for the TBC collectors. On June 28, 1997 the Braves and Phillies played a TBC game in tribute to two negro league teams. Prior to the game, some living negro leaguers were honored including Josh "Brute" Johnson. They were presented with these medals from the Braves.

I have the actual medal Josh received that day. It reads 'Atlanta Braves Bellsouth Touching Home June 28, 1997' on one side and 'Black Living Legends of Negro Baseball' on the other. Would look great with a jersey from the game.

Asking $75 delivered OBO. Purchased from a recent estate auction- I will include a copy of the receipt and auction listing.
