For those interested, I just received a catalog in the mail from Robert Ham. They have mannequins under $70 (nice) with wood bases, etc. Appears it may be what I was looking for...

There is a store on ebay that has them for $60 Dlvd. Plus they have 2 threads on the bottom incase you want to display Pants.
