Help Stop This?

For at least 3 months now (ebay records only allow us to see the last 30 days)
this individual http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewListedItems&sinc e=30&userid=aerostang1119&include=0&rows=50&sort=3 &completed=1

has been selling Albert Pujols autographed bats and balls, one auction listing at a time. He has sold at least a dozen bats, balls and cards, over 1/2 of which he has claimed were autographed by Pujols during batting practice before the final regular season game at Busch stadium.
Albert would have had to do a PRIVATE SIGNING for all of the items this person got autographed prior to that game.
Is there anything that can be done about this?

Albert signing bats

This guy must have compromising photos of Albert to get him to sign so many bats. Getting Albert to sign a bat is like getting him to come to your home for dinner -- it just doesn't happen unless you're a very good friend. Albert doesn't even sign bats for Cardinals Care, the team charity. Bats also are excluded when Albert signs at the Winter Warmup -- balls and flats only. I was hoping Albert would sign through his Pujols Family Foundation Web site, but now that I see the prices of his game-used items ($4,000 for a cap, $4,000 for cleats, $2,000 for batting gloves), I'm afraid to ask what he'd charge to sign a bat.
