absolutely! i agree. now i have a differant problem. this guy has already sent the item's to me fed ex overnight and gave me a tracking # (on trust) that i wasn't going to rip him off, which i would never do! even as iv'e been ripped many times. he was wanting to make a trade for my mac gamer jeresy , farve issued jersey, and my pujols batting helmet from fanfest. for his jersey's that he told me he obtained 7 or 8 years ago from a security guard in pittsburg at the ball park and were completely legit! he was going to straight up rip me off on my item's. and knew that his were bogus. now i have to hear him grip and moan and who know's whatelse. on top of that. now it's going to cost me money to send his "stuff" back to him. i lose anyway. he was in such a hurry to get them off to me. i couldn't stop him in time. has anybody had a deal go down like this and if so any insight as how to handle this as i don't want to get into it with this guy. argue with someone who was willing to rip me. maybe some suggestion's would help, or should i just pay the 75.00 to ship back overnight and thank my star's for people like howard and rudy! which i already do! lmk

Can't you simply just "refuse" the package & have the PO return it to the sender at his expense?

You have the FEDEX tracking info, correct? IMMEDIATELY call Fed Ex and tell them you do not want it delivered, and are refusing it. In turn, they will send it back to this clown.
