I didnt think michael young got into the game this year at the all star game but mlb.com has a young game used ball saying that it is from the single he hit off puttz in the 8th inning. does this seem strange to anyone. thanks

What's also strange is they were both playing for the American League. I think MLB loused this one up big time!!!

They were referring to DIMITI Young, not Michael Young.

They were referring to DIMITI Young, not Michael Young.Correct again Mr. Hess!!! That was Dimitri Young from the Washington Nationals.

Putz from Seattle pitched to Dimitri Young in Young's only at-bat. It was a single in the 9th inning abd then Dimitri scored on Alfonso Soriano's HR to put the Nationals League within 1 run.

Great 9th inning as the American League held on to win.
