thanks ..He only used 2 of the burgandy marruci bats in May and I have one i'm quite pleased...I went through all his ab during the games in May the 2nd one he stopped using 5-29-07 in which he switched to the blonde marucci bat in the 9th....

Sweet bat. I like that color. What brands has Wright been using this season? Does he still use Rawlings bats.

He was using Rawlings towards the end of April then switched to Marucci either the end of April begining of May and he has been using Marucci since.He started with the blonde marucci the before he switched to the burgandy on May 12 through May 29.Then in the May 29th game in the 9th inning he went back to the blonde Marucci.In the May 7th game against the Giants Wright broke 3 blonde Marucci bats in 1 game in the 1st 3rd and 5th.The bat I just bought was broke in the 9th inning on 5-15...

Scott - My guess is you got an amazing connection (lol).

The ball and ink transfer marks on the back of the bat is great.

Having a HR bat with MLB holograms makes it even more special.

I wasn't knocking having MLB authentication . That should be better than having anybody else's COA . I just think they could move the sticker away from the players name on the bat ,that's all . Still a very nice bat .

I agree with you on the placement of the hologram. The smaller MLB holograms that they used up until this year were less obtrusive but difficult to read the serial # on them.

Nice bat Scott!

Just a general observation on the bat is it's actually a Beltran model bat with Wright's name on it. CB15. Julio Franco Marucci's are model JF23.(there one in MLB auction now).

Perhaps one day Marucci will start stamping Wright's bat DW5.

If that is your Beltran bat in the photo, I might have a possible photo match for you, hard to tell because it is a small photo that you posted.

I think it's a match the bat was broke May 9th of that series.Look at the blue ball mark also under the A in his name....

It's a definite photo match, there are several areas on the barrel that match perfectly, if you look closely you can even see the maple grain that matches the barrel grain.

Congrats on a great bat and nice detailed photos from Micheal.

Thanks Bobby just watched his ab on mlb the bat was used from 5-4-07 till 5-9-07..Dam the Marucchis do not last long at all..I know Wright broke 3 in one game against the Giants 5-7 the same game as this one....
