Deion Sanders 2001 Cincinnati reds jersey on ebay

I have a question for the baseball jersey experts as i am not one. Deion sanders played in 01 with the reds but this jersey is marked 2000. Does anyone know if deion would actually wear a recycled jersey it just doesnt seem like he would or if the reds do this alot. Also dont the reds always give coas with all their jerseys. please help me asap.

Deion only played 32 games for the Reds in 2001 in his come back try. Also Todd Walker wore #2 that year so the Reds may have used a 2000 jersey for Deion in 2001 becuase no player wore #2 is 2000 and the Reds had a blank jersey ready for him when they called him up from Louisville that year before they p/u Walker.
