A 39-member panel will vote on the finalists. A candidate must get 80 percent of the vote to be elected with a minimum of three and a maximum of six getting in. If fewer than three get 80 percent, the candidate with the next highest percentage will be elected.

Those are my guesses, I bet Art Monk will be overlooked but he sure deserves it.

Hello Joel-

I hope Art Monk gets elected as well. In fact, speaking of Art Monk, I went to White Plains High School for three years (same High School Art Monk went to) before transferring somewhere else for my senior year. Just curious, what might a high school jersey of a player of that caliber be worth? I don't have one, just curious.

Sincerely,
Chris

Art Monk definitely deserves to be in the HOF, but I'm concerned that Peter King (one of the voters in the room) has made his exclusion a virtual jihad.

Russ Grimm is a definite HOFer, but I'm not sure whether he'll get in this time.

Sure would be nice to have Art and Russ go in together.
