Elite Sports Marketing has been selling Chris Leak cleats and shirts labeled as game used for at least a month now on Ebay. I saw this (http://cgi.ebay.com/CHRIS-LEAK-SIGNED-AUTO-GAME-USED-T-SHIRT-UF-GATORS-ESM_W0QQitemZ290115409246QQihZ019QQcategoryZ50119Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) long sleeved blue shirt with no bids so I did some research. I could not find one picture from any season of Leak wearing a blue long sleeve shirt under his jersey.
I sent ESM a message and this was their reply:
When we did the signing with Chris, he just told us the year in which he wore the equipment. We got stuff from 2004, 2005 and 2006. Unfortunately, we cannot be sure everything was used in a game, some of the items may have been used in practice and for training. We do the best to picture match the game stuff along with get as much information from the player as possible.

Funny how it says game used in capital letters in the description, but nowhere does it say "well, might actually be from practice or from running steps in the Swamp".
