basketball experts,

how would one be able to tell the difference between a "pro cut" like this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220106376740

or this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220105969131

(seller calls the malone a "pro cut" and makes no mention of either being "game issued").

and a "gamer" like this:

http://www.greyflannel.com/sales_main_Detail.php?updateID=2586

??

thanks very much,

rudy.

dave miedema was good enough to pass along some info regarding this matter. apparently, the easiest way to differentiate procut from gamer in this case is via the curvature of the nob. the procuts are more flat, the gamers have more of an arch.

as well, i just noticed that the procut uses a different font of "j" in "jordan" than the gamer.

Hi, I am a new member and I love to collect Jordan Jerseys (mostly UDA signed items).

I only have 2 items that are classified as gamers, A 96 All Star Jordan Jersey with Lou Lampson LOA and 95-96 Game Worn Shoe with Bulls Provenance, MEARS and Lou Lampson LOA. (pics attached).

I also have the same exact jersey (pic attached) that Grey Flannel will auction in September 2007 Auction.

It seems that one of the 2 game worn MJ Olympic Jersey was just recently sold by Robert Edward Auction for 32.5K (link attached)

My question is how many procut jerseys are out there and would you classify the Grey Flannel jersey being auctioned as a procut?

Any comments are welcome.
