There has been a lot of talk about Score Board jerseys which are cut the same as a team issued jersey but were sold retail to the collector's market.

A nice example of one of these just ended on ebay. Not sure I have ever seen a photo of their COA. I have included it below.

Mike Schmidt Auto 1989 Rawlings Authentic MLB Jersey

Item number: 140108798917
Still selling items from my Mike Schmidt collection. This is an authentic official Philadelphia Phillies Mike Schmidt uniform jersey. I purchased this jersey from The Score Board in the early '90s. They had Mike on QVC or HSN (I forget which) selling these autographed jerseys that only he could order from Rawlings. The tag identifies the jersey as a "1989 Set 1". Please see the photos for close up of label, patch and autograph. Included is the original The Score Board, Inc. COA.

And if somehow in the future after the item changes owners numerous times and it ends up in an auction house listing with a Lampson LOA calling it "game used" as we see all the time now, we have a record of what the jersey looks like....

Ah, the power of the forum.
