The funny part in the article is that Bud Selig was looking for a new way to boost the Players Performance!!!

I thought thats what the Steroids were doing lol lol :D

I agree. I guess we should make that legal now so we can get the players performance back up to par.

Of note to cap collectors in the USA Today article was that players use 4-8 caps per season.

I don't know that the new caps will smell better. My worst smelling caps are the BP caps from about 4 years ago. I have a Twins Matt Lawton that probably still is pungent.
