It looks reasonable, albeit with a carried over tag design (1995-99 Russell label on a 2000 jersey). 2000 was also the year Russell moved their sleeve logo to the left sleeve, although genuine gamers do all exist with the logo still on the right sleeve, 1987-99 style.

I did not place a bid and i will tell you why.

I have had in hand several Edgar jersey's from several different years.

I agree with what Dave said about it being a 95-1999 era jersey. That would mean that the Mariners would have had to of added the 2000 year tag (that makes no sense just keep the 1999 year tag or what year it was) and also added a back neck MLB logo patch. I just don't see that scenario. I would also look for a Mariners Edgar jersey with some sort of Mill Creek COA, MLB or a Mariners Team store tag attached.

Here's pics of Edgar in action on May 21, 2000 that clearly shows the Russell logo on the right sleeve (i.e. 1995-1999 stock) and an MLB logo added to the back of the neck:

I have an opportunity to obtain this jersey. Wondering what the value would be on it, especially now that it looks like he's headed to the Hall of Fame next year?

Thanks.

Looks like Goldin sold one for just over a grand about a year and a half ago

I'm not sure what type of premium a HOF induction puts on it but certainly something I would imagine.
