Help with identifying this vintage jersey

My father purchased this jersey 20-25 years ago at a live auction in Saugatuck, Michigan. It was a wall hanger in his antique collection for many years. Recently, he gave it to me as he is downsizing his collection.

Any insight on age, manufacturer, value, etc.? Thanks!

Thank you! I would have never made the connection. Simple Google searches aren't coming up with anything for Saugatuck, Michigan, but the value probably isn't in the team/school.
