Need help with a Juan Gonzalez Batting Helmet

I purchased this batting helmet from an ad in Sports Collector's Digest in 1996 from a company called TRULY UNIQUE out of Gladstone, Montana for $195. I still have a photocopy of the ad (it's funny to look at the prices of the items, some cheap, others expensive) The ad stated "Juan Gonzalez - Texas Rangers game used batting helmet, super use" I am asking for Forum members help with the helmet before I put it up for sale as to its authenticity. I would rather members who are knowledgeable in this area let me know their thoughts as to the helmets authenticity. Thank you.
