I will forever be bitter about the New Era flag logo being placed on the side of the on-field caps.

The cap logo is annoying, but as time goes on, most of us will get used to it. The same anger in a much smaller game used hobby was present in 1987 when Rawlings, the supplier for the first MLB uniform contract, slapped their logo on the right sleeves of every MLB jersey. 30 years later, no one gives a second thought about the Majestic logo on the left sleeve. Heck, in some cases the location of or type of logo can help date and even authenticate a jersey. Someday the cap New Era cap logo will be an afterthought, too.

No Dave stop!!! Soon they will have ads as well!!! We must be bitter and grumpy and resist change! I actually liked the Russell logo on sleeves, majestic mountains are okay but their new logo looks like a step back.

when under armor takes over in a year or 2, they are going to put their logo right on the chest of the jerseys (they bid a TON to do that and that is why they are going to produce the jerseys). there are photos of what it will look like if you search google. really unappealing.

Yeah, they're expected to look like the Under Armor ones in Japan. Terrible . . .

At least its the company making the hat / jersey's logo and I have no problem with that. But when the ads come (like the NBA now) THAT'S what is going to suck.

That part I agree with you on. It doesn't look quite as professional as some of the older ones. Of all the Majestic logos, my favorite was the one used from 1994-99...detailed and, on most jerseys, colorful. That one's on the BPs from that era as well as the Mariners navy mesh alternate BP/game jerseys from 1998-99.

I took the New Era logo off. Stiches come off pretty easy and Looks good.
