Joe Jackson Bat

Hi, I'm looking at a Joe Jackson decal that has a lot of side writing. I am pretty new to game used bats. The date received by the factory is 6-13-1921 or 6-18-1921. The labeling period is 1910-1915. Length is 34.75 and weight is 38.9 oz. Is there any way to find out who used this bat? It says it on the bat but I can't make it out. Thank you so much. I am willing to pay for help on this.

Did you try a black light?
