Clearly, the 7 is different -- sans serif on the eBay jersey, but it has serifs on the Getty game photo. In fact, it seems all Colts jerseys have serif numbers.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

Jeff,

Go to Getty and search "colts lions" and you'll get some pics from that exact game. Scroll down and you'll see a couple of pics that show Raheem Brock #79 and the 7 looks to be serif-free, like the Brock jersey that is listed by PSI.

Maybe that was the Colts' thowback font :)
