Need Help! Is this jersey game issued?

I picked up this Chicago Bears Phillip Daniels jersey on Ebay....I highly doubt it's game used...but wondering if anyone can tell me if it's game issued? http://www.ebay.com/itm/361745073426

I don't think it's game issued. I found a few of his game worn jerseys, including a 2001 Bears jersey, on worthpoint and they were all size 48. However I think this jersey is team issued and Phillip Daniels may have worn it for public appearances and events.

At best, this is a pro-cut jersey made by the team. If this were an game ready jersey the sleeves would be lineman cut. As shermdawurm said, this was most likely made to be worn at events or for promotional purposes.

Yep, with sleeves like that it's not an issued. For $30 you've got a nice one to wear to games though.
