That is a retail custom jersey you can tell by the tagging on the lower front.

In addition to the excellent point made by Phil316, the supplier for the Panthers inaugural season in 1995 was Reebok, not Wilson, and the "TM" (trademark) designation adjacent to the sleeve logo is not seen on their '95 game jerseys or any other team that I am aware of.

Plus, while some NFL uniform suppliers used Pro Line tags in various forms, but Wilson was NOT ONE OF THEM.

That is more like a signed team issued jersey. No way to tell if it was used unless i had better pics.

So that is the correct tagging for a issued? He wore a 48.

The tail tagging looks OK for team-issued. The lack of enough photos makes it tougher to declare it as such, however. Looks like it sold for $80.

Yeah for 80.00 you got a good deal.

If I recall that is the correct size for Collins.

The Panthers wore Reebok in 1996. The tagging is correct for a 1996 NFL team-issued Reebok jersey. There were at least 3 variations of Reebok tail tagging in 1996. Unfortunately, I can't access my photos at the moment. I will post at a later date.

Here are photos of 3 variations of 1996 Reebok tagging. The bottom tag is from a Lions game-used jersey.
