Red Sox jersey question

Anyone know how to tell what year a Red Sox home white jersey is from when there's no strip tagging on it. It just has the majestic tagging and then the size flag underneath. It does have the 0062 tag inside and shows heavy use. Thanks

Bill Henderson guide I just bought it a few days ago via download pdf file. Great to have for now and future use. On the road right now or I would look it up.

Post photos. Not easy to pinpoint but there are a few years where Majestic tagging is slightly different. You can at least get it in the era and then see what players were on the roster. Is it a cool base or double knit?

Here you go. It has a mlb hologram but it was authenticated at the end of 2014. So not sure if it was used that year or maybe a past year and they finally decided to hologram it.

Looks to be a 2005-09 jersey based on the 0062 tag and it being a Majestic gamer. Russell made the Red Sox unis from 1992-2004 and at some point in or around 2010 the 0062 designation was accompanied by an alpha notation. Also, the Majestic tag and code are for standard knit jerseys, not cool base.

So that would make it either John Olerud or Josh Beckett. I did see an old post from 2006 that someone said some red sox players in 2005 had no strip tagging. But not sure if they ever did no strip tagging sometimes during 2006-09?

That would make it Beckett probably, his size was 50. I have an '05 Olerud but can't recall offhand what size he was (but I think he was smaller). BTW, those jerseys were "unearthed" in 2014 and holo'd by the team. They ranged down to the late 1990s and up to about 2011 and mostly gamers from the ones I saw.

The lack of strip tags does not correlate to a specific year, they just left them off sometimes. The Red Sox are inconsistent when it comes to this stuff.

If you look at your olerud anytime, please let me know the size. I saw another old thread about someone asking about a 05 olerud and they said it was a size 50.

Yup Olerud was a size 50 in 2003 with Seattle.
