Please, help ID these Game Used Football Jerseys

I recently bought a large collection of football jerseys from Hunt Auctions. The lot included professional/game used examples from the NFL, WLAF, CFL, USFL, College and more, but I've been unable to ID these two.
They look to be from around the 1980's.
I would appreciate any help you can provide.

The jersey on the left looks like a University of North Carolina Tar Heels Football jersey. It looks similar to the ones they used in 1987.

I have posted a 1986 Tar Heels Aloha Bowl jersey with the exact same style tagging and numerals at:

In 1987 I think they used the colored neck line.
