Looks like a very nice jersey, older style Thome signature but didn't Thome wear number 6 in 1991 or at least part of it?

According to the Baseball Almanac website, Thome wore 59, 6 and 25 in 1991. The rest of the jersey looks OK. It's quite possible that the Tribe may have performed number changes on the jersey, as such wasn't uncommon for that team in that era.

I had no idea about #59.
Looks like he played in 11 road games that year, hit his first career homer in October wearing #6. So this would have been his first ever #25 road gamer. It looks like the #5 is a little lighter on the jersey.
