1998 Colts Jersey Tagging

New to the site...i was wondering what the correct tagging for game used Indianapolis colts jerseys should be for 1998. I know jerseys were made by Logo Athletic, but i need some info on correct tagging. Any help is appreciated.

i am asking the forum for help because i have colts gamer that shows excellent wear..it has the logo athletic tag...size 50...and it has a square patch with 98 sewn in as well...the square patch is white..the 98 is embroidered in blue...i cant find any 98 colts gamers anywhere to compaare it to..any help is appreciated!;)
