I have a signed Micheal Jordan Game used Jersey.

The autograph is authenticated by upper deck, the jersey by grey flannel.

Are these good authenticators?

Commenting only on the autograph, Upper Deck Authenticated is reputable for the autograph itself. Upper Deck had an exclusive contract with Jordan to sign items and the UDA hologram or/or COA likely indicates the autograph was signed in person for Upper Deck.
