Help identifying used autographed baseball cleats

Came upon these cleats and was wondering if anybody could identify the signature on them. Thanks for your help.

Probably a pitcher going by the extra rubber on the toe of one of the cleats.

So which pitcher wore #33 and had that autograph?

With the rubber on the left shoe makes it a left handed pitcher. how many teams wore/wear blue shoes? Royals. Rangers, Cubs
