Wade Boggs 1991-1992 bat at auction

Hi Guys. Looking for some help on this Boggs bat. It has no bids and has letters from Mears but they are not signed. Also hard to see if there is a 26 under the 12. Is this a good bat? Thanks for the help!

After looking at the site, I think the biggest issue with getting no bids is rule #5:

"Payments must be received no later than two weeks after the auction. I accept bank drafts, money orders, bank transfers for 5k and over, and checks. Checks are held till funds are cleared. Money orders, bank drafts and transfers, will have your item shipped within two days. Address for payment will be sent to winning bidders. All times are Eastern Standard as we are in Toronto."

If you live in Canada, great, except payment is only accepted in US dollars. I don't know how exchange rates are north of the border, but it appears you'd need to go to your bank, pay them an exchange fee, then pay them another fee for a US dollar denominated draft. Also, there's a reserve on it.

The last issue might be that it's a private collector hosting their own auction website. Nothing really pops out, so I really would just contact Troy and ask about why the LOA isn't signed.
