Nelson Cruz LVS Gamer eBay

I know Nelson used a two tone LVS as a Ranger quite often. My question is what's the difference between an I13, I13L and I13HL model? This bat has been on eBay for a while and shows good Cruz characteristics but hasn't sold. If I can add a Cruz gamer for a good price I'm all for it but the fact it's been sitting on eBay for so long makes me wonder what I'm missing?
