The January, 2015 Leland's auction includes lot #631, a 2003 Ichiro Suzuki Mariners signed game used Russell jersey. According to the catalog description, the size tag on the front indicates a Size 46, but according to the pictured COA which can be found on the Leland site, the dimensions of the jersey are actually "Size 48 plus 2 inch".
Does anyone know the size of Ichiro jerseys from that period and isn't it a bit odd that a player of Ichiro's stature would be issued a mistagged jersey? Or is this a retail jersey that just Ichiro signed?
